Seem to be some good bargains coming up at American golf.

Mizuno MX500s at £89.99 (I know that's not good if you're trying to sell one...)
Footjoy Aqualites at £40 and nice Callaway winter mitts at £7 - doesn't say if this also includes the string to go through your sleeves and join them together so you don't lose one.

Got it in the post today too. Some reasonable prices in there, Srixon Irons at £129 caught my eye. As always, some total crap though.

I'd have to agree - but i bet its with the exsar shaft, which if you go to cumbernauld and can swing a club, they'll never fit you with!! :D

I've actually found that the Exsar shafts are very good for a stock shaft, and certainly better than the TM and Callaway stock shafts that I've tried.

Having said that though, you can pick up the same club on ebay with a Grafalloy or Aldila shaft for the same money, so it's only really a good deal if you don't trust ebay.

I have the exsar in an mp-001 4 wood and it isn't a bad shaft at all. I'm scared to change it for anything better.

It's probably not such a good shaft if you overpower it. I find with an easy swing I can get plenty of distance and generally straight.

It makes it perfect :D and for £89 you can't complain.

A Mizuno driver for £89 and folk are complaining about the shaft.
Life can't be easy for retailers with e-bay and on line shops cutting prices all over the place.
I used to play snooker with one of the owners of AG and he sold up a while ago.
Can't say i blame him.
I reckon he got out at the right time.

Dont get me started  Now us pro's are told to sell the service. Difficult to do when people get the service and still quible over £10 more for a driver.

BN - you of all people will understand the importance of getting the right shaft :D The reason they are so cheap in my opinion is because its a very cheap shaft that doesn't do the head justice. I like the mx500 head. Just let down by people hitting the exsar shaft.

Plus you could have had my graf blue for less than that :D
