If these guys deliver to the UK, some of these prices are fantastic.
For example, a Nike SQ with NV shaft and 2 dozen Nike Black or Platinum balls, $254. (£130)

Factor in another £50 for Royal Mail random charges and a 3 week delay

I've found buying from USA to be pretty speedy, usually less than 10 days.

I've had stuff in less than 5 days...time is not usually a problem. Its the charges that get me.

I just got 2 very large boxes of toys from Hawaii for the kids' Christmas, one took about 2 days tracked (expensive), the other 4 days untracked (reasonable). No duty on either.
It's possible to get stuff from the States "duty free", but you need the seller to help you out by labelling the stuff in one of certain ways. "Demo", "Returned Repair", "Low Value"; any of those usually work. And shipping isn't that bad if you're prepared to use untracked options.
I actaully like the combination of anticpation/anxiety waiting for an untracked parcel. It's a bit like waiting for Christmas day.
