Unfortunatley this post must have got lost in the server crash, so for the sake of completeness and to show any of our new members that we aren't all axe murdering types or wierdos :eekw: (a matter of opinion).
I'll see if I can remember the day a little...
We gathered in the glum and rain outside the pro shop to met new faces (well new to me), some already knew each other and aquatences were renewed, as groups were sorted out by our able organiser Dan.
Onto the first tee, with a noteable absentee (more of that later). Fortunately found myself in the second of the two groups so only had an audience of three instead of the first group who had everyone to watch, three of the four drives found the fairway some distance up with OM unfortunately having to reload after dumping one into the pond about 20 yards in front of the tee.
After some pretty persistant rain for the first two holes (and the hour before tee off), by midway down the third fairway the rain stop and to be honest I think I even saw the sun. Nick Davis decision to wear shots now didn't seem so silly (sorry Nick:p).
Results:
Unfortuantley, the weather was so bad that I have no group shots just stuff from the club house.

The award for most noteicable absence was... PowerPenguin
Now I'm sure the others that were there will be able to fill in the blanks a little more but though I would get this back on the board for people to see.
