If the PGA are going to allow players from the LPGA to compete in men's tournaments, surely the LPGA should allow players from the PGA to compete in the ladies tournaments.
Pretty sure there are a lot of players struggling with finances, who would welcome a chance to make a bit of extra lolly (probably a lot of extra lolly) from the ladies tours.
Just a thought.

It crossed my mind a while back but the ladies tours will never allow, While they admit that the Odd lady (annika) is capable of playing on the mens tour to a fair standard, The majority of the ladies are not. It is strange though.

They're two seperate organisations, so mutual access is by no means logical.
Plus it's not called the Mens Professional Golfer's Association...so they have more leeway. :)
Didn't a guy apply to play in the Ladies US open a few years back, when this all started??
He was refused....

TP is spot on in my book.
Its not the MPGA. Its just the PGA, so anyone can play.
i.e the people that run The Open state that its precisely that...The Open. And open to anyone regardless of sex.
Where as, all the ladies tournament are run by LPGA and hence open to ladies's only :) (not even tall pretty decent girls are allowed to play full time - without special dispensation!)

Might be a bit odd to see men teeing off in a ladies tournament, but nonetheless, a lot of players struggling with money, might like a go.
Good point about PGA and LPGA.
Still think it a bit one-sided though.
The LPGA is always going on about how access to tournaments should be on merit. I would agree with that if the LPGA would extend the same to men wanting to play their events.

If men did tee off in ladies tournament...would the women turn up?
Although would be interesting to see the men playing off the ladies tee's :D
