Glucosamine - Experiences/Thoughts?

Anybody taken Glucosamine?

I've got clicky back and right shoulder so have started taking Glucosamine tablets and cod liver oil tablets (one of them makes me feel nauseous btw).

So i was just wondering if there was anyone here who had taken either and experience any benefit?

also the likes of garlic tabs are good too-specialy to keep vampires away ;)

I have a knee problem and regularly take glucosamine with chondr...something or other. Seems to work for me.

I take CLO when my wrist starts aching and giving me grief (broke it some 20 odd years ago) and it works well for that, only side effect being more visits to the WC for a no.2!!!!!!!:o
