I'm looking for a 30-40 minute workout preferably specialised for golfers to make a change from a regular circuit.
Anyone got one/recommend one? The TPI has lots of example exrcises but not a full work out plan.

Tin Pot,
Try checking the TPI site for a test program. It used to have a program that tested you and gave a result, from there you could choose the appropriate exercises to improve.
The exercises were not to lose weight though, they were based on strengthening the important muscles and increasing flexibility.

Sam, it's the Titleist Performance Institute. You can get there from a link in the main Titleist website.

Can't see anything. There's plenty of talk about program designs but I don't see any samples or how to design you're own sort of thing.

This is from their questions to the trainer:
"There is nothing generic about your workout, your swing, or your body. Everything is very specific to you. That is why we dont ever prescribe generic or broad ranging programs. Doing so could put you at risk for a setback in any of three above areas."
So do they design a program for you somewhere?

Well haven't found any routines, so finally got off my behind and went to the gym and went round the machines;
If any Pro wants to chime in on any particular exercise and scream "Mon Dieu! Non!", that's fine:
Stretches
15 minutes on the treadmill (5 jogging, ten running)
Machines 1 set light, 2 sets heavy
Shoulder press
Leg extensions (single)
Pec deck
Squats
What's that one where you push out?
Seated row
Warm down with stretches, crunches, back extensions and that one where you hover your legs off the groun (works the lower abdomen)
Oh Lord, I know I'm going to ache tomorrow :(

Work on stretching your glutes, hamstrings and arms - you cannot believe how much these affect your swing.
A good test of your shoulder flexibilty is to fold a towel up lengthways and put it on the floor. Lie on it so that it runs the length of your spine legs stretched out.- put a small pillow down for your head.
Now bring your arms up to 90 degrees on either side and bend them from your elbows to 90 degrees so your are by the side of your head (best way to describe it is if someone has come up to you and said "stick em up")
A bit like this guy - http://www.seventwentythree.com/dujour/mollies5.jpg
Now - can your hands touch the floor? If no, then the best way to increase that flexibilty is to stay in that position for a few minutes, building it up each time you do it.
This excercise will help if you have an over the top problem.
