Some basic video instructions but check out the "tv advert" link , probably my greatest improvement in my golf swing was learning to slow down but dread the day i get as slow as the old geaser .

Guess most of this is staged but I've personally seen swings almost as bad

I've seen stranger stuff in my weekly hack at the local course. One guy we play with has a sway you'd be proud of if you were dancing the salsa!

My favourite in the advert though is the guy who does the finger waggles before hitting.

I was lucky enough to have got Eamon Darcy on video on a practice ground at Turnberry. You aint seen nothing till you view that... However, is it all to do with swings or is it about shots?
