First came across these irons when at a Society competition. The golf club pro shop we were at had them priced at £250.00.

I managed to get them delivered to my door for £92.00.:twitcy:

These irons are very forgiving and ideal (in my humble opinion) for the mid to high handicapper. They have a wide sole, oversized head and muscle back cavity together with steel shafts.

No more leaving the 3 and 4 iron at home with these babes - a joy to hit...

Interesting to hear how you get on with them. I've got the GBH Attacker rescue, and its a decent club, though I don't use it much. Newbie friends are always asking me what to buy, so keep us up to date, eh?

Cheers.

Will do TP:yes:

Played yesterday and these irons performed well again - particularly the 7 iron - hit 140 yards straight to the green on the 18th - it must be the irons because that is certainly not just me..

Also use the GBH assassin driver 3 wood and 5 wood and these all work well..

Hit the driver 220 plus ( but not 250 plus ) 3 wood 180 and 5 wood 170. Because these have oversize heads they are easy to hit and I picked up all 3 for about £38.00 -

What's your handicap Joroni, and how long you been playing?

Been playing about 2 1/2 years.

My handicap is society based and is 20. I think it is low for me personally but the way it works is if you get 36 or more stableford points you get a 2 shot deduction and also a 2 shot deduction if you win comp .

I would say h/c of 24 would be more realistic - I tend to shoot anywhere between 94 and 106 - take yesterday it was a 99.
